2025 Tank Talks - Concordia

Tank Management Services (TMS) will hold its annual "Tank Talks" in the upcoming weeks, where representatives from TMS and KDHE will be presenting. Topics to be discussed include the August roll out of the penalty matrix and enforcement process, common mistakes seen when processing permit applications and available resources, discussion of issues tank owners are experiencing with KEIMs, top deficiencies found during inspections and information on selling E15.

The purpose of Tank Talks is to provide an opportunity for AST & UST owners/operators to gather new information on storage tanks & hear presentations on compliance.  They will also give you the opportunity to participate in an open forum with representatives of agencies that regulate ASTs & USTs.

NOTE: Although this meeting provides very useful information for AST & UST owners/operators, it DOES NOT take the place of an Operator Training class for A/B operator training certification.
